Help installing pamac

I get to makepkg -si and get the following below. I changed permissions using root actions>change permissions in Dolphin. I get the same thing. Not sure what to do from here.

Try to build it as AUR package with a helper, e.g.

I don’t know what you prefer or it is best.
Please consider that we strongly discourage using GUI-based package managers for installation and especially updates.
For searching this is OK, but there are many alternatives.
There are many discussions in the forum about it. I’m just linking a recent one I remember:

Thanks. I'm still new to Linux and even newer to Arch. I seem to have a lot of trouble building packages. I'll keep trying because ultimately, that's what I want to be able to do. But, sometimes I just want the package without messing up a build. I'll get better
