Headphone mic is not Working

My Headphone mic is not taking my voice or record i newly installed garuda in my laptop

so Here the full case
I installed fedora workstation because i have to use my mic for work i installed telegram USING DNF PACKAGE manager and it also not taking my voice
BUT WHEN i install telegram from flathub it taking my voice

i dont what to do
i really want to use garuda but because of this i can't
if anyone know how to solve this issue please that really help
