Hardware configuration opens up settings, garuda settings never opens

Hi everyone,
I am trying to install new drivers with the hardware configuration menu, however when I try to open it it will only open the system settings.
trying to get to it from garuda settings manager is also not working. As the settings manager is just not opening.
What am I doing wrong?

Full output of my garuda-inxi

Starting garuda-settings-manager from a terminal says

garuda-settings-manager: error while loading shared libraries: libicuuc.so.73: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

?

fixed by reinstalling it with sudo pacman -S garuda-settings-manager and now it works

I think this is consequence of the “local is newer than” thing: when reinstalling, pacman warned downgrading package garuda-settings-manager (1.0.2-5 => 1.0.2-3)

If there are also other problematic ones, try reinstalling them too, especially if you saw the “local is newer” when upgrading.

At Garuda devs: would it be a good idea to handle this case in garuda-update?
