You may have installed a widget (what is that in the top right corner next to the user switcher widget?) or something else that doesn’t work properly with Plasma 6.5.0, or Plasma itself has been experiencing a hiccup since the update. Try resetting the global theme:
lookandfeeltool --resetLayout --apply Dr460nized
Remember that you will have to reconfigure all your custom desktop settings afterwards.
Edit: I can reproduce the issue with the KDE connect icon in a VM with Garuda Dr460nized. Obviously, there is something wrong with the corresponding icon in the BeautyLine icon pack:
When switching to the candy icon pack (or any other), the icon is displayed correctly:
