Gparted creates filesystems owned by root

Gparted run as 'root' in xfce edition and it grants the 'read and write' access permission only to 'root' after formatting hard disk or any partition.

sudo chown $USER:$USER /path/to/mountpoint

Change /path/to/mountpoint/ with the actual path in thunar file manager.

this solved that problem. how to avoid this problem in future?.

That is how Linux works - filesystems are owned by root by default. This is not a problem, there is nothing to fix.
