Goverly showing GPU at 97% when idle at desktop?

I have been trying out and reading about the different tools that come with Garuda Gaming Ed.
I found the Run MangoHud but I launch it and it does nothing. So I found Goverlay and read up and learned about it. Now I have a basic understanding about it. MangoHud is now working in game.
But I noticed that when goverlay is on the desktop with nothing else open or running my GPU is running at 96, 97, 98 %.

Is this normal?
Or is something maxing out my GPU for some reason?
Is there a way to launch MangoHud and just have it on the desktop? Or can it only be run in games?

What I tried:
I launched Nvidia-settings from the GUI and it runs and works fine.

The apt still runs despite that and works and shows the GUI on screen

But If I try and run GreenWithEnvy I get:

NV-CONTROL X extenstion not found.
I found the archwiki article for that error but fix is for optimus-manager and integrated laptops. So that’s no help.
I searched our forum and haven’t found any thing to fix greenwithenvy either.
Am I missing something or doing it wrong?

OK, Did some diggin and found nvtop.
Now this is a cool app.
So now I figured out goverlay is actually maxing out my GPU.
I can actually see the GPU usage in nvtop. So panic over.
