Garuda-update breaks system on reboot

Hey all,
Running garuda-update is leaving me unable to get back to my desktop.
garuda-update is able to complete running...
However, upon reboot I'm experiencing the following:
1.) Lots of numbers and output during boot up which were not there before
2.) Login screen appears
3.) I can login and see desktop background, but nothing else will happen
4.) Trying ctrl+alt+f1-f9 can allow access to alternate terminal and login. However, I can never reach command prompt or run any commands. Some btrfb msg appears related to disk at that time.

...After that I rely on snapshot backup to roll back before the upgrade.

So, anything else I can do to achieve a successful update?
Is there some better way for me to capture useful output in the broken state (post update) to share here?

output (before running garuda-update)

I just change, only for you, from my i3wm notebook to my KDE notebook.

I do

garuda-update

and reboot.
And here I am.

From restored snapshot, do the “update”, but do not press enter.
Just post the complete log.

BTW

Why 1GiB? Used are 596 KiB = 0.1%
