Hi @Happimxn, welcome to the community. 
@crisperz recently resolved this same conflict by first running:
sudo pacman -Syu update --ignore mangohud
Then they manually accepted the package replacements. See their post here:
Note: I am not sure if the word “update” is supposed to be part of that command or not, I just copied it how they noted it in their post.
