Not a bad Idea, it could have same notification number popup as has the notification bell for packages or pacdif.
But maybe using exclamation or question marker in that same theme would be better. The hourglass is okay but I agree its missable cause its thematically the same as is the rest of the top row UI
And for funzies why not add a counter to the “Called the exorcist”
I have those issue on the garuda test iso.fresh installed from Terminal. Updated and Rebooted. There is no log (was no log after reboot and terminal again)

WOW NICEEEEEEEEEEEEE. I like it very good work. If i remeber some troll talked garuda is no actions beside others i was laughing at all. This Distribution_Forum is also a great Place for Solutions or other stuff
We should use the btrfs-assistant-launcher wrapper script here instead. It preserves some environment variables that are needed for launching the application or preserving the theme on certain DEs.
Good point. I noticed it myself but didn’t think about changing it haha.
Haha, I had a badge besides the terminal launcher in the earlier stages. Seems we need to return it?
Yes that’s true, but this also runs sudo -E so they should be preserved already. Weird! It did work this way while testing on KDE. But this should be an easy enough fix I hope.
Hi Everyone. I’m been using RANI for the last few day’s, mostly OK, hung a few times but nothing serious.
I see it uses a password. I use Howdy Face Recognition and the password prompt box doesn’t invoke the usual Howdy Password response. Which Pam.d authentication file does it use so I can add the Howdy authentication to it?
Would it be good to have garuda-inxi on the Welcome page? Or at least rename it in Rani?
Currently its under Diagnostic > Common info (inxi)
I think that’s a bit hidden for new users, considering one of the forum rules is to provide inxi. Maybe that would help new users just from the visual perspective when asking them to provide the inxi, so they know what is asked.
