Garuda gaming kde | gpu power spikes

Hi does anyone having such strange power spikes for gpu?
i'm using rx 6700xt, and this behaviour only comes on garuda
what kind of informations i need to provide you guys for helping me out with that

i cannot paste screenshot apparently new users cannot do that
but im getting power spikes even on idle when i just move my mouse cursor power draw from gpu jumps from 6w to 18w, is that normal? i have opened firedragon with few tabs, and again 15-18w,
gpu memoery usage 456hz and jumps from 96hz
voltage on idle jumps from 6mv to 868mv
these spikes occurs every 1-2 seconds

really strange i haven't noticed that when i was using linux mint for that matter
is there anything can be done to lower power usage?

I have a rx 6700xt and do not have any issues, games run great and temps stay in the mid to high 50s. My power draw knocks between 27 - 30 idling or using a browser , if corectrl is accurate.

your idling high usage maybe because screen refresh rate, try 60hz
