Firedragon failed to install extention because it's unable to modifty needed files

Hello, new to the forum. Recently installed Garuda Gnome on my laptop and installed some extentions on FireDragon. Everything worked fine until the next day (today) where I try to install ProtoPass from the Firefox store and it tells me it is unable to install because “FireDragon cannot modify the needed files.” I already tried restarting and booting FireDragon into trouble shoot mode, didn’t help. I saw a Firefox forum post telling me to delete the prefs.js but that didn’t really help either.

The info the template told me to include:

Welcome to the Forums!

Do you mean Proto*n*Pass?

Installs fine on fresh FD under Plasma.

Did you configure/modify something in FD other than the few extensions you installed?

Try uninstalling all extensions except our default Dark Reader and uBlock Origin and then try again to install ProtonPass.

I don’t know why I didn’t try that before honestly. It works perfectly now, thanks!
I think it had to do with the tracker blocking extension or the UBlock list I added.
