Few problems after install

Hi, I have installed garuda a few days ago and I have few problems that i haven't managed to solve.

  1. I couldn't connect to wifi. After reading some posts on the forum, I have fixed it by installing connman-git. Now i can connect to wifi, but I can't still connect to 5GHz one. When I try to connect to it, I get:
Failed to toggle connection state.
GDBus.Error:net.connman.Error.NoCarrier: No carrier
  1. Garuda Network assistant won't open. When i try to open it using terminal, I get a dialog box with: "You must run this program as root.". And when I run with sudo, I get
Authorization required, but no authorization protocol specified
qt.qpa.xcb: could not connect to display :0
qt.qpa.plugin: Could not load the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in "" even though it was found.
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Available platform plugins are: eglfs, linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen, vnc, wayland-egl, wayland, wayland-xcomposite-egl, wayland-xcomposite-glx, xcb.

fish: Job 1, 'sudo garuda-network-assistant' terminated by signal SIGABRT (Abort)

The same problem is with garuda boot options
3. Set up assistant won't install anything. This isn't really an issue for me, but it is still an issue.

Try running QT_QPA_PLATFORM=wayland garuda-network-assistant and see if that works

Sadly no.

For the connman issue there is a suggestion on the Arch wiki, although it is not clear to me if it really solves it (there are too many may be IMO). I hope rfkill unblock all works...

Just checking - did you make sure to also get the git version of the connman frontend you are using?

Also, if you keep having trouble with it, we recommend replacing it with networkmanager, which will be shipped as default in all editions starting next release.

Yes, I replaced the connman-gtk with git version.
I will look at the networkmanager later.

No, that didn't work.
