I got a few nerdy friends, but no one has a bluetooth dongle that i’snt already factory paired to a device…

I tried those four different kernels (the issue stays the same on each kernel):
linux-zen
linux-mainline
linux-lts
linux-lqx

Thanks to Garuda Welcome and the build in customizing options (Garuda Boot Options) everything was easy and really user friendly!

My own conclusion

After so many things I tried to fix this issue, I think my onbard Network and Bluetooth controller is damaged.

Since my PC is a bit old and I’m lacking behind for 1440p gaming (my standard) in so many games, even with a new GPU, I decided to throw money at my issue.

Yesterday I ordered new parts for a completely new gaming rig.

I think my onbard Network and Bluetooth controller is damaged.

It may not be physically damaged, it is a wifi/BT chip that is well known for causing problems.

Setting a kernel parameter may help the performance somewhat. I wouldn’t think it would improve BT pairing, but you never know.

You are correct it is unlikely that the bios is the cause if the wifi works on other distros. However it is possible that differences between distros especially with kernels and firmware could affect your wifi usability with an outdated bios. I would also check that your regulatory domain (regdom) is set correctly. Also try restricting your router to either the 2.4 or 5 GHz bands to see if that makes any difference. Be sure you are not using a hidden access point in your router. Some other …

As an final update I’m here to say, that it was indeed my broken hardware.

With my new rig there are no issues and my Stadia Controller works perfectly fine out of the box
