External monitor not working

Hi, I installed GarudalLinux yesterday, this all working fine, but does not recognize my monitor connected by vga. Yesterday when I installed already with the monitor connected by vga the monitor was recognized and appeared in the display setting, but after turning off the pc, no longer worked and do not know why.

Does it work if you delete /etc/udev/rules.d/90-nvidia-prime-powermanagement.rules and /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia-prime-powersaving.conf and then reboot?
