Every window opens on secondary screen and cant close or resize any of them in fullscreen mode

Hello everyone,

I have an issue with opening windows on my Garuda Linux system. Every new window opens on my secondary monitor, regardless of where I initiate it from (even from the primary monitor). Furthermore, when a window is in fullscreen mode on the same secondary monitor, I am unable to minimize it, resize it, or close it. If anyone has a solution, I would be very grateful, as this problem is currently preventing me from effectively multitasking with my dual-monitor setup. And also here is the output from "garuda-inxi" below:

did you press F11 to exit full-screen?

No idea as I don't use KDE, but I found this old thread:
Applications starting up on the wrong screen. • KDE Community Forums
assuming it's not just the "allow apps to remember the position" thing, see the very last comment on page 2, the one with three links in it leading to GitHub - nclarius/KWin-window-positioning-scripts: KWin scripts controlling window placement on multi-monitor setups

yes i am, but it dosen't help at all...

aha I had a similar issue, I installed Garuda full edition, those windows
if you a refering to, they just have hidden the title bar - well if you mean that,
this is a feature among other anoying features of that release.
So I did not want to go , again through all of them, I just took the
lite zen version of Garuda. I just do not remember the name of that
component as used for optical enhancments, which they ar not but just anoying.
( i mean the dr4gonized) edition. Also could help if the .config, .local folder
would be deleted.
