Garuda (2.6.19-2):
  System install date: 2023-06-18
  Last full system update: 2023-11-28
  Is partially upgraded: Yes
Relevant software: snapper NetworkManager dracut nvidia-dkms
  Windows dual boot: Yes
  Failed units:

It looks like the issue can be resolved by adding option nvidia-drm fbdev=0 to /lib/modprobe.d/garuda-nvidia.conf and running sudo dracut-rebuild. See [545.29.06-18.1]Flip event timeout error on startup, shutdown and sometimes suspend. Wayland unusable - #7 by generix - Linux - NVIDIA Developer Forums .
