It seems that the ability to move a maximized window from the upper border is lost since the latte dock replacement. For me is very annoying to minimize the window in order to find the upper border, specially when you are using multiple monitors and want to drag and drop maximized windows from one to another. It could be a limitation of kde panels. So, what do you purpose? just win+shift+rightarrow? I remember you can pick latte-dock upper dock and move from there the maximized windows. I hope you can understand my question.
