Dr460nized theme seems to have disappeared after restarting my laptop

This morning after starting my laptop all the Dr460nized theming had disappeared. The login screen looked the same as before with the Dr460nized theme still in place but after entering my password and logging in, the KDE plasma logo was shown while the desktop was loading and then once it loaded, the desktop displayed things with the KDE’s default light Breeze theme. Which does not look good after using the Dr460nized theme for the past 2.5 years. There is no bar at the top with access to the applications menu or displaying system tray notifications and the clock. Everything is displayed on a single task bar at the bottom of the screen reminiscent of windows. All applications that I tested are loading in the light Breeze theme.

The last update I had done was on the 19th September 2024. So this was well before the time when I shut the computer down (last night) and then restarted this morning. I did do a system update after booting up today to see if that fixed the problem but that didn’t help.

I then tried rebooting and loading an earlier snapshot to see if the desktop would display properly with an old snapshot. However every snapshot failed to boot with the following errors as the last messages in the boot screen:

[FAILED] Failed to start Samba NMB Daemon
[FAILED] Failed to start Samba SMB Daemon

I also tried to boot with recovery mode using the current install/version of everything. When I tried this the boot failed with the following output.

As a side note after that restart the browsing history and tab set up for my chromium based browsers seems to have disappeared although bookmarks and extensions are still there. And my emacs init file seems to have disappeared. I have a back up of the init file but it seems so strange that it is no longer in the .emacs/d folder.

The following is the output of the garuda-inxi command:
