Downgrade to GNOME 38

Hi there,
I really don't like the new GNOME 40/41 on Garuda Linux. I'd like to downgrade to GNOME 38. Could someone help me with the steps please?

Install Red Hat, maybe?

Garuda is a rolling release distribution and downgrading to GNOME 38 is probably not possible. It is over a year old.
