I tried to update my system on 14.01.2023, and after rebooting, the flash screen and login screens worked okay, but on the desktop only the sticky note widget and application icons would load and would blink in and out every few seconds leaving a black screen. I managed to restore by using the pre-update snapshot, but I tried updating again today and the issue reoccured. Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix it?
