Desktop Background Stuck on Black (something to do with Lutris?)

Hello,

My desktop background (single monitor setup) has turned completely turned black. What's more confusing is that when I login to a guest account, the wallpaper returns on the guest account and when I go back to my other account suddenly it works again. I think it may be an issue with autorandr as I saw that being mentioned in other forum posts, but none of the solutions worked for me. My desktop wallpaper stopped working after I ran a game using Lutris. The game froze because it was running twice and the only way I could shut off my computer was through ctrl alt delete or something like that. Anyways, once I restarted my computer, my desktop wallpaper was missing, along with my desktop background, replaced with a black void.

And yes, I already tried systemctl enable autorandr --now

autorandr.service - autorandr execution hook
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/autorandr.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)
Active: inactive (dead)

If it is only a matter of dock and panel (so you can boot normally), first of all, open Garuda Assistant (open krunner with alt+space to launch It) and reset the default latte settings.
Then change your wallpaper and let's see what else is missing then.
