Uninstall garuda-optimus-manager-config . That package hasn’t been in the repos for some time as Garuda recommends nvidia-prime instead now Switching between integrated and dedicated graphics | Garuda Linux wiki

You most likely need to uninstall garuda-settings-manager-git as well as that is a package that isn’t in the Garuda repo anymore. (might also need to run a cleanup command if the update doesn’t work still.)
