It injects local resources like localcdn, but knows more resources overall. Sometimes it injects twice or even more resources compared to Localcdn. So it is a good addition for privacy.
Local cdn is a fork of decentralyes

I created the localcdn package because it has more frameworks than decentraleyes + rules generation for uBlock
