Combine two connections

is it possible to combine two internet connections so can use both connections at same time,preferably across the whole internet not designating different connection per application, this being my position got numerous mobile phones with unlimited data download ive got numerous adapters so if i use adapter and motherboard wifi so is it possible to use two connections at same time to improve download speed and moving around house for coverage, im useing lenovo ideapad y700

If you mean you wish to bond your connections to the internet. It requires you isp to bond them there end aswell.
If you google for bonding your internet connection there are many resources out there that will explain it better

like ipbind cant find anything related to linux only windows ten

Try looking at opensense or pfsense. And read there info you need to have a separate router capable to do this
