Cgpt not working

I had downloaded cgpt and install . But when I use it it does not recognise why ? Any solution

Yeah I needed for Chrome OS installation ..I saw package of cgpt-bin on Arch Linux website . I installed successfully but it is not recognise why .when I use it . It say install first cgpt
