Hi I have installed Garuda Ultimate KDE everything works fine but i cant Update Garuda.
After the Notification new updates are available and i click to Update all an error occurs sorry but it is in german language> ehler: Konnte den Vorgang nicht durchführen (In Konflikt stehende Dateien)
garuda-samba: /etc/samba/smb.conf existiert im Dateisystem (gehört zu garuda-settings-samba)
Fehler sind aufgetreten, keine Pakete wurden aktualisiert.
Any solution?

okay its fixed try updating again this time it will ask to replace answer y

same thing again must i restart Garuda first?
I was facing the same issue, I opened terminal and typed
sudo rm -rf /etc/samba/smb.conf
and after that proceeded with
sudo pacman -Syu
and it updated easily

Why -rf for a single file?
More secure is
sudo mv smb.conf smb.conf.bak

Yes, the move command would be much better, especially if the user intends to use Samba in the future.
