Can't update garuda: dependency break

The first error should be removed updating also the AUR packages

garuda-update -a

I’m not sure about the second one. If updating the AUR doesn’t help, try rebuilding or removing and reinstalling that pulsejoin.
Edit: pulsejoin could be affected by the same issue here

I can't update linux because of audio dependency issues with noisetorch
