With latest Update my latte-dock is broken and i cant start it again. When i run latte-dock --replace it takes forever.

Have you already tried resetting Latte to default settings with the Garuda assistant?
If not working, which package do you have, latte-dock or latte-dock-git?
If you have the former, replace it with the latter.
