I suggest you login to a live USB, chroot into your installed system (where you're automatically root) and change your password to something very simple, like a 1, with passwd username.
Then you should be able to login normally (exit the chroot, shutdown and remove the USB) and can proceed in the troubleshooting.
At least provide the garuda-inxi from the USB...

I did something and i don't know what happend, but i managed to enter.
On the start page i move one botten down to
Advance options for Garuda Linux
And pressed ob the second option - Garuda Linux, with Linux linux-zen (fallback initramfs) and on the first time i entered the password it entered.
I don't know if it abled my hotkey or logged with my last password but i was managed to enter Garuda!!
Chrooting is the best way to do it
If u already have Garuda flashed usb then boot from that from there u get option to chroot in Garuda welcome
Simply type these for reference
lsblk
Not recommended
Try out all ttys one by one if any one of them allow you to login
