Can't disable touchpad on lxqt-kwin

I can't disable touchpad on my VAIO VPCEB1M1E laptop. My touchpad is moving & clicking even if i don't touch it and i can't disable it on live cd and that never happened to me on every linux distro before i could just disable it with one click but it doesnt work on garuda please help me im bored from ubuntu
