Can't change password in new install

I installed KDE Dr460nized today and I overlooked entering a user/admin password into the appropriate fields in Calamares. :flushed:
I really don't want to do another install because I get the same thing as this! https://forum.garudalinux.org/t/installation-failure/1637
Does anyone know how to change my password without already having one?
I tried "garuda" and no joy!

Hey, you can boot the LiveCD and chroot into your installation. You will be root by doing this and can set a new password for your user

Like that, only using garuda-chroot

That might work! I will try it. I have never done any chrooting though!
Thank you for your speedy reply!
