Cannot use CTRL+ALT characters such as '@' on Dragonized edition

Hi Garuda Community,

I am using de_DE.UTF-8 locales, 105 key generic keyboard, German (no dead keys) keyboard layout.
I have installed the language packs after installation of garuda.

Somehow I cannot type an at sign with ALT+CTRL+Q or ALTGR+Q. When using the first combination no input happens and with the second a simple q is inputted.

I already tried setting up my own KDE compose key combinations as written here.

Also I tried using my own keymap as described here.

Both methods didn't work and as I am new to arch linux systems, I don't have any more ideas for fixing this issue.

My keyboard is a Corsair K70.

Here comes my inxi -Faz:

I know this is kind of a newbie issue, but help would be really appreciated.

German on 105 key generic keyboard work fine here. i3 and KDE.

I booted from the ISO and it is the same there.

On the installed system locale and locale -a have the same outputs as in your snippet.

Manual?
Qwertz?
Check all keys.
There are more then one K70

FML turns out my AltGr is dead. Booted into windows to test it out. Sry for bothering you and wasting your time with this. Do you know a way to remap AltGr? I have keys for exchange here but changing keys on the K70 is pain.
