Try removing the one that you currently have of these two (not used I see) then update again.

Cannot enter in Settings Manager since this issue. In there, I can add or delete kernels.

Can you help me with that?

OK, I have removed both kernels with

sudo pacman -Rsu linux-xanmod linux-xanmod-headers

and

sudo pacman -Rsu linux-xanmod-lts linux-xanmod-lts-headers
