I am running in legacy bios as it is MBR. First tried to replace the partition with windows 10. Then tried manual partitioning but same result came. The installation stopped when creating btrfs file.

What is the specific error message you are getting? Copy and paste into the thread if you can.
Please confirm secure boot and fast boot are disabled in the BIOS settings.
Fast boot and secure boot were already disabled.
The error says,
Create a new partition (126.95 GiB, btrfs) on ‘/dev/sda’
Job: Create new partition on device ‘/dev/sda’
Command: sfdisk --force --append /dev/sda
Failed to add partition ‘New Partition’ to device ‘/dev/sda’.
Failed to add partition ‘New Partition’ to device ‘/dev/sda’.
Can you provide info on what your current and desired partitioning is?
Do you have partitions you want to save from that HD?
sudo parted /dev/sda print
is one of many ways to print the partition table.

I want to keep the ntfs files. And install garuda in the extended part.
First of all, obligatory disclaimer: I'm not an expert and the last thing I want is to help you destroy your files, so double check and maybe wait for more feedback.
If possible, backup important files before proceeding.
The primary was the win10 you tried to replace, right?
It's a bit small, the website recommends 30GB minimum.
The extended is the one holding the three ntfs logical you want to keep.
Looks like another logical could be created inside there, ~36GB.
I think installing in that free space would work.
If you feel adventurous, you could also convert the MBR to GPT using gdisk
.
Then you could boot UEFI instead of BIOS if your machine supports it (I think so because you said "legacy bios as it is MBR"), or boot with BIOS if it doesn't (my case), but then you'd need a small "bios_grub" partition for the boot loader files.
As always when partitioning there is a chance for data loss, beware. It worked for me though.
It looks like P2 is missing, from 21.7GB to 158GB (that’s about 136 GB). If you add a P2 partition that will be large enough to proceed.
Otherwise you’ll have to cut a new partition in after the NTFS ones; it looks like 386GB to 500 GB is not being used at the moment (that’s 114 GB). That would also be plenty of space to proceed.
Either way, you should create the new partition before starting the installer (as opposed to trying to create a new partition from within the installer). Doing it from the live media is fine, just not from within Calamares.
