So, if I'm not mistaking, it looks like you gained 12s, not bad.
But keep an eye to general usability / possible side effects, as said, and just in case re-enable...
So is boot noticeably faster? Is everything still operating as expected?

Ya boot is little bit faster (disabled network manger)
i had tried both (disable/mask network manager) when i mask network manger no change in boot time but when i disable network manger then boot time was little bit reduced
no problem till now after disabling network manager
