Button Mapping for Joypad

Is there a preferred button mapper with a convenient GUI for Garuda?

I’ve used Qjoypad in the past with Linuxmint, however I’m having issues with that since moving to Garuda. I did use Snap to install it(don’t hate me for that), but it won’t seem to let create a ‘layout’ for games.

Being new to Garuda, I’m curious if there is one I’m just not aware of that is built in, or as an option that’s somewhere in the Garuda Welcome(or elsewhere)?

Anyways, thank you for the assisstence.

Please post your garuda-inxi as requested by the template.

qjoypad is also available in the AUR. To my knowledge qjoypad does not work properly with wayland, switch to an x11 session and try again.

I use input-remapper without any issues. I’m running dragonized gaming with Kade/plasma/wayland. I use it with my razor orbweaver, not sure if it supports your Joypad.

this looks pretty good… I’ll check this out later, when I have more time thanks

hi Mysterious_Loner
