Brigthness after sleep is not working

Brightness slider is working as intended until computer wakes up from sleep. then screen is dimmed(says 0%) and the slider is not working anymore, i need to restart to have normal brighness again..

There are many hiccups with EDIT [Brightness and] Night Color in Plasma. I myself experience some.

ah.. i also use nightmode when i read lots of stuff, and that works as it should.. well, i hope bugs will get fixed..

Yes, I too am having this issue. I posted about it on the link below, thought it was maybe caused by the ‘Active Blur Wallpaper’ plugin, but alas, that was not true. The issue is so annoying.

Hmm, one or two times goes into sleep and wakes up with brightness normal, then it wakes up with brightness zero, screen dimmed. when i go into monitor settings, i noticed that brightness is zero. windows never changed my monitor settings like that hahaha, so now at least i know what is the deal here, and how to correct dimmed screen without restarting computer..
