I just installed garuda hyprland and tried to boot using Ventoy and Rufus. I’ve turned off the secure boot and fast boot in my BIOS.
The problem is, when i use Ventoy and enter BIOS, there’s no boot option for USB. And for Rufus, there’s an option for USB and i successfully reached the GRUB. But after I chose "Boot allowing proprietary drivers (NVIDIA), it shows nothing and just a black screen. I use NVIDIA MX350 btw
No, you didn’t install anything, you flashed a USB stick.
Did you try the “Boot with open source drivers” option?
Did you check the checksum of the ISO?

We dont know your Mainboard . I can press or hold F8 and a small menu pop up to choose the Ventoy partition (ASUS). Can you change the Boot order First to usb . second to SSD/HDD/NVME?
On Ventoy try grub2
Try to start with Boot with open source driver please. Its a older Graphic Card.
