Been using Garuda Linux for 1-2 years, but now can't update using terminal or Garuda assistant

Hello guys, I have been using this Arch-based distro without any issues. I play videogames (steam, emulators, etc) and I do some programming stuff (mostly JavaScript), however, I recently tried to perform an update and it won’t update anymore, please take a look:

Thanks for sharing this with me, I did exactly that (used `sudo pacman -Rns vbam-wx’ to remove/delete it), then I try updating again and it worked. Thank you so much for your help.
