The first thing I would check is if changing the kernel solves this issue? I had weird audio crackling issue with zen kernel so wouldn’t be surprised if this issue is being caused due to zen kernel as well.
First try the LTS kernel,
sudo pacman -S linux-lts linux-lts-headers
reboot and from grub boot menu → advanced options for garuda linux press enter. From there choose boot with linux-lts
