App Menu Just a button

Hello Garuda users.

As requested at the end of the topic is the output and input of garuda-inxi.
I have the following problem, my app menu is just a button even after i remove all global menu widgets. So is there a setting to get back the app menus or a command.
Here a picture of the app menu button:

See if removing this works.

Otherwise, this could also be at play:

You have to log out to active the change, I believe.

Out of curiosity, did you need to uncheck Application menus daemon or you got around without unchecking it?
