App menu bar in KDE shows twice using dual monitors (older) with two different resolutions in mirror mode and also extended displays. (happening on two different desktops with two different monitor setups. This system with enclosed garuda-inxi output and also ROG R8 system running mostly Steam which is also installed on this system. Display configuration window seems to be manipulable as well to produce various outcomes.

Tried a fresh install did not fix the issue. Also a possible exploit.

Forgot to add the terminal command garuda-inxi on previous post. (although that system is acting up in a few areas so posting from less used desktop instead of that Asus Laptop which is Asus Vivo F412DA_WS33

Similar to previous posted (now closed) Bottom shortcut bar sometimes displays double

These problems are so small compared to decades worth of reported MacOS and windows issues. Much appreciated. =]

Is it an app menu bar from KDE Plasma duplicating, or is it Latte Dock like in the post you linked?
