All apps missing from "Show Applications" menu after installing latest updates

I'm new here, and I'm new to Garuda. I just installed it, and everything looked great until I downloaded and installed the latest updates (as of 2021-09-06). After rebooting, the "Show Applications" menu is completely empty, though the "Favorites" bar is still populated. I have absolutely no idea how to fix this.

If it makes any difference, I have the Dash To Panel extension installed so my GNOME top bar can double as a taskbar. I haven't modified anything inside the "Activities" screen or the "Show Applications" menu, however.

No, I can't post a screenshot. "New users are not allowed to upload images."

There's nothing to see, anyway. The "Show Applications" menu is completely blank and empty, and clicking in the empty space doesn't activate any invisible app icons either.
