Yeah, ravens are crow's louder cousin. We get mostly them in SE Alaska. Along with bald eagles. The eagles steal & eat the ravens babies and the ravens don't generally like that. They'll drive that offending eagle out of their nesting area and it causes quite the commotion.

On the other hand, eagles don't steal 2 lb. Tillamook cheese blocks from the grocery bags in the back of my pickup (ravens do). They do eat kittens & small cats, though.
